Shipping & Returns
We have two flat rates for shipping to make it as easy (and cost effective) as possible.
$7 for up to 5 books
$12 for as Many Books as you want
Please note we do not charge extra for rural delivery - books should be accessible to all no matter where you live!
Your order will be processed and packed for shipping within 48 hours and sent via tracked courier. Most orders will arrive within 2-3 days but rural and South Island deliveries can take up to 4 days. If you place your order on a weekend day, it will be shipped the following Monday.
We have a 14 day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return on all full priced items. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer returns or exchanges on clearance or sale items or change of mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Where possible, we will work with you to organise a suitable exchange. Please note a direct exchange may not always be available. Please email us at email@example.com to organise an exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether the return was approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Damages and issues
We package our books carefully to protect your books during transit, however sometimes accidents happen beyond our control. If you think your book has arrived in a different state than was advertised, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve any issues promptly.
